Shipping and Delivery
Ceylon Gem Mansion delivers stones via FEDEX and AUSTRALIA POST(domestic) . Shipping cost is based on the delivery destination and size and weight of the parcel. Ceylon Gem Mansion bears the shipping chargers for the orders within Australia and Internal shipping chares is added to the price. Please notify us prior to the shipment if you would like express delivery at an additional fee. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Online payment and pricing policy
Ceylon Gem Mansion may change prices on the website without prior notices. Transactions are only accepted by Ceylon Gem Mansion only at the time of order dispatch. We take utmost care in ensuring the prices are correct. However, at times of an honest pricing mistake that is noticed after the order placement, Ceylon Gem Mansion will reach you to notify inventory mismatch and reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for any undercharged purchases.
We accept payments via bank transfers and debit/credit cards.
Bank Transfer
Please quote your order number on remittance advice. All bank charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Once you have made the payment, please send us a notification (bank statement / receipt / remittance advice) for a swifter process. We will deliver the goods once the payment is credited to Ceylon Gem Mansion’s bank account.
Return and Refund Policy
Please contact Ceylon Gem Mansion prior to returning goods. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Please do not ship back any item without our written confirmation. Goods can be returned to Ceylon Gem Mansion for a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping will be at the purchaser’s cost. Please package returned goods in a similar manner to which they were received to ensure safe postage. We highly recommend shipping the returned item by FEDEX for tracking convenience and requesting adequate insurance to cover the purchase price.
Please note that auction items and special orders that we currently do not carry in stock, cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be given if the item was damaged by the purchaser.
Agreement
Any purchase of stones can be accompanied with an independent gem lab report. Ceylon Gem Mansion is not liable for any anomalies in the reports. The only assurance provided by Ceylon Gem Mansion is whether the stone is natural or synthetic. We always encourage purchaser to request for a third-party lab report and Ceylon Gem Mansion always provides lab reports for high value precious stones and fees for the lab reports from the purchaser requested labs are at purchaser’s cost.
Availability
All items presented in our website are available for purchase unless stated otherwise. Ceylon Gem Mansion reserves the right to cease supplying goods or remove any of the items from the website at any time.
Disclaimer
We always present the images of the stones as you see them physically. However, photos of the stones might be slightly edited to enhance the picture quality but not the clarity or colour of the stone. It is always recommended to contact us if you have any concern regarding the stone.
